And pretty guilt free! Nice one. Annyways, one of my fav salads is rocket ( I'm Australian, think you call it arugula), pieces of orange, roasted beetroot and goats cheese. The colours look gorgeous and it's super yum with the juicy oranges and earthy beetroot and divine goats cheese! I like how the white balsamic doesn't dirty up the salad. I've never thought to add lentils to salad but what a good idea :)RecipeGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03387369904765600870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294420695602798314.post-21971376295158753512010-03-19T10:15:30.380-04:002010-03-19T10:15:30.380-04:00Hey! It has blue cheese crumbles, very thinly sliced roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, and a mild balsamic dressing. I can't really remember what type of greens this was served on, but something about the creamy, tangy, sweet, and salty combo is amazing!
Your sis,
ErinErin Imsandnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294420695602798314.post-21780918799368838272010-02-23T20:58:07.514-05:002010-02-23T20:58:07.514-05:00Ashley, this looks sooo yummy. White balsamic vinegar is actually more mild and a little less sweet, which is probably why I like it.

This umeboshi vinegar sounds interesting! It's quite tart and definitely an acquired taste but mixed with a little bit of olive oil it's fantastic and it also has lots of supposed health benefits. :)Juliahttp://www.fudgiebakes.comnoreply@blogger.com
